Miniature Museum of The World- Salzburg

This is not exactly a miniature museum but it is a museum nonetheless. This is Mozart's Geburtshaus or birthplace in Salzurg and the exhibits posted here are scaled stage models built for Mozart's opera.

La Clemenza di Tito

Don Giovanni

Magic Flute

Mitridate, Re di Ponto!

The Abduction From The Seraglio.

Can't keep my eyes open already , see you real soon.

  2. Oooh! Opera sets! Whenever I work on a miniature I always think of an opera set, isn't that funny? Thanks for sharing these beautiful photos!

  3. Hazard of the profession? LOL.

Thank you for visiting. I am always a little surprise when someone finds this blog as it is not my main blog and I do not update it often :).

I love what you have done so far with your Tudor house.

  4. This is amazing! I love real life occupations that use miniatures applications. Mostly we see architectural models. This is a very fresh perspective! CM

  5. Love these! The set designs tell a story already. I was watching a documentary on miniature film sets yesterday, the people who make them are real artists!
